How do I create an account in the Online Parking System?
The first time you register in the Online Parking System you will need to click on “New User” and create an account. Once your account has been approved you will be able to log in and manage your account as often as needed from any computer or mobile device.

How many vehicles can I register?
At this time the Online Parking System allows you to have up to three (3) vehicles registered at one time. You may add and delete vehicles from your permit as needed.

What if I have a new car that does not have a license plate yet?
When registering your new vehicle you will need to enter the last five (5) digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and check the box indicating that it is a new vehicle. Once you receive the license plates you will need to edit the vehicle information and add the license plate number into the system.

What if I have to drive a rental or replacement vehicle?
You will need to register your rental/replacement vehicle in the Online Parking System before it is parked on campus. If you park a vehicle on campus that is not yet registered in the Online Parking System you are at risk of being cited.

Where can I park while I am waiting for my permit confirmation?

How can I tell where I am authorized to park?
The first time you are approved for a parking permit you will receive a confirmation email from the Online Parking System that includes a campus parking map and the list of parking lots you are approved to park in. You may also view a list of the parking lots you are approved to park in by logging into your account from a campus computer at https://parking.llu.edu/pub/

How do I add a vehicle to my existing permit?
1. Log into your account at https://parking.llu.edu/pub/ 2. Click on “Vehicle Details” 3. Add in all of your vehicle information 4. Click “Save” Your vehicle will be automatically uploaded to your current parking permit.

How do I remove a vehicle from my permit?
1. Log into your account at https://parking.llu.edu/pub/ 2. Click on “Vehicle Details” 3. Click on the red “X” next to the vehicle you want to delete

Am I allowed to park in patient parking?
If you or an immediate family member are receiving medical treatment you may park in the patient parking. In the event you receive a citation, file an appeal through your Online Parking Account and state the name of the patient receiving treatment. Once the system confirms the appointment through Central Registration, the citation will be released.

Is the process for appealing a patient citation a HIPPA violation?
When the system confirms the patient information, no medical information is released other than the patient name and date. This process has been reviewed and approved through Compliance and Legal Counsel.

How do I pay a citation?
1. Log into your account at https://parking.llu.edu/pub/ 2. Click on “My Citations” 3. Click on the notepad icon for the citation 4. Click on “Pay” and enter in your credit card information.

Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, your credit card information is not stored on file. A “token” is generated in place of your credit card number.

How do I appeal a citation?
1. Log into your account at https://parking.llu.edu/pub/ 2. Click on “My Citations” 3. Click on the notepad icon for the citation 4. Click on “Appeal” 5. Enter your appeal statement and click “Submit” 6. The committee will review your citation and email you a decision within 10 business days.

If my appeal is denied, can I file a second appeal?
If your appeal is denied and you would like to file a second appeal, you can send the appeal via email to parking@llu.edu and the appeal will go to a separate review committee. This committee meets less often so it may take 4-6 weeks to receive a decision.

Will I incur late fees while my citation appeal is pending review?
While your citation is pending review it is considered “on hold” and you will not be responsible for any late fees incurred during that time.
